Brian is an experienced Chartered Civil Engineer with over 40 years of experience working in water and wastewater projects.

He has worked extensively in water and wastewater project development through the whole project development cycle, including feasibility, design, contract structuring, procurement and tendering processes, construction and operations and maintenance. Brian has specific knowledge and experience of Non-Revenue Water management.

Brian has extensive practical hands-on working experience of working on water and wastewater projects in developing markets, working with clients, government and partners on the project initiation, development and delivery. Brian has many years of working experience in the water sector in India. He has a wide practical knowledge of project technical, legal, social, environmental and commercial aspects, and risk assessment and mitigation.

Brian has worked in many countries including India, Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Jamaica, Bahamas, Brazil, N America, Mongolia and China.

Brian lives in Oxfordshire (UK). When not in the office Brian is busy doing his DIY projects around the house or working in his garden and allotment. He likes doing cryptic crosswords and listening to classical music..

Dolan is an experienced International Development and CSR specialist with over 33 years of experience.

Dolan has significant international development experience in building business in Asia, UK, South and North America and Africa. Dolan’s experience has been overall management and oversight of business operations, strategic and operational business development, organisational development, client management and partnerships.

Dolan also has significant CSR experience of working with a range of multilateral development banks and financial institutions on water programmes and projects. Over the years she has accumulated extensive expertise in managing and directing large multi-sector, multi-country community projects, working in partnership with stakeholders and NGOs and often in challenging settings.

Dolan has worked in India, Singapore, Brazil, USA, Ireland, Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Iran, Vietnam, Thailand, South Africa, Kenya, Turkey, Peru, Mozambique, Madagascar and the UK.

Dolan has degree in B.com, Law and Personnel Management.

Dolan lives in Reading (UK) with her husband. When not in office Dolan is working with weavers in India designing Indian saris or doing gardening.

Jeremy spent ten years (1996 - 2006) with Thames Water, including 2 years living in the United States from 2003 when Jeremy was CEO of American Water which had annual revenues of £1.5 billion.

Jeremy stayed as CEO of American Water until December 2005 and was its Chairman from January to May 2006. He became CEO of Thames Water in November 2005 and continued in that role until the sale of the company in December 2006. Former Chairman of UK based SES Water owned jointly by Sumitomo and Osaka Gas

Previously Chair of the charity WaterAid International, he has profound dedication and experience bringing high quality water to people across the world.Currently Jeremy is an Executive Chair of Agua Via Ltd (August 08 to date) and Managing Director of Landara (2007 to date).

Jeremy has a BSc in degree in Economics, and Chartered Accounting and an Advance Management Programme from Harvard.

Jeremy lives in Somerset (UK) with his wife. When not in office Jeremy enjoys perusing his interest in football, cricket, rugby, photography and gardening.

Principal consultant with a focus on climate, infrastructure investment, and water in developed and developing markets. Tony has more than thirty years’ experience as an investor and advisor for fund raising and infrastructure investment, project finance, project development and PPPs with some of the world’s largest private, institutional and multilateral investment organisations.

Tony was Director of the Green Climate Fund’s Private Sector Facility from 2017-21, where he led its investment program in renewable energy, e- mobility, climate finance and water globally, managing a portfolio of USD3 billion. He previously held senior positions with CVC Capital Partners and was Head of Project Finance at Thames Water for projects in Asia, Europe and North America.

Tony began his water career with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) where he developed PPPs in the infrastructure and transportation sectors in Africa, Asia and Latin America and led its advisory assignment to privatize Manila Water.

Tony has an MBA from the City University Business School and an undergraduate degree in engineering. In his spare time he likes to run, play tennis, and listen to good music.

Steven is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience working in water and wastewater projects.

He has worked 10 years in the UK water industry and over 10 years in Brazil in water and wastewater project development strategy, project life cycle, including feasibility, design, contract structuring and planning for 30 year contracts, PPP, procurement and tendering processes, construction and operations and maintenance. Steven worked over 8 years' directly with Non-Revenue Water management and has implemented over 70 projects for water loss reduction all over Brazil.

Steven has worked in many countries including Mexico, Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, and UK.

Steven lives in Hortolândia in Brazil. When not in the office Steven is panning his next camping trip and long walks with his sons.
